Objective To compare the difference between the operative effects of visual minimally invasive abortion and non-visual abortion. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 2,400 cases of painless visual minimally invasive induced abortion (observation group) and 2,400 cases of non-patient flow (control group). Results The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative average bleeding days in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Painless visual minimally invasive abortion, intraoperative bleeding, operative time and surgical complications were significantly reduced, the operation safer, the effect is more satisfactory.
