本文用美国Varian产Spectr AA—40P原子吸收分光光度计,火焰法测试51例人乳三种元素的含量。其结果为,39例初乳含量:Cu19.861±14.774μmol/L、Zn 108.860±52.984μmol/L、Mg1.740±0.336mmol/L,12例成熟乳含量:Cu16.485±7.301μmol/L、Zn81.029±34.930μmol/L、Mg1.715±0.380mmol/L。提示:人乳中三种元素的含量初乳高于成熟乳;婴幼儿可通过母乳喂养,从母乳中获得足够量的Cu、Zn及Mg,尤其是初乳,产后应尽早开奶。
In this paper, the United States Varian production Spectr AA-40P atomic absorption spectrophotometer flame test 51 cases of human milk three elements. As a result, the contents of 39 colostrums: Cu19.861 ± 14.774 μmol / L, Zn 108.860 ± 52.984 μmol / L, Mg1.740 ± 0.336 mmol / L, and 12 mature milk contents: Cu16.485 ± 7.301 μmol / L , Zn 81.029 ± 34.930 μmol / L, Mg 1.715 ± 0.380 mmol / L. Tip: The content of three elements in human milk is higher than that of mature milk. Infants and young children can get sufficient amount of Cu, Zn and Mg from breast milk through breast-feeding, especially colostrum.
