小麦黄矮病(BaYDV)主要症状特征是叶片褪绿黄化或红化和植株矮化。发生红穗症状未见报道。1980年该病曾在北方麦区(陕西等省)跨地区大面积发生流行危害,出现红穗症状。 1.症状与为害:经田间接种发病观察,于冬小麦腊熟期3～5天内急剧暴发红穗,开始全穗颖壳变淡褐色,迅速发展为褐色或暗褐色,籽粒秕瘦甚至不孕,提早萎蔫;有的同时穗茎变褐枯死。一般病株仅部分分蘖发生红穗。据测试,秦麦6号、81K-1072和7887-29-1-1-1的红穗千粒重比健穗分别降低51.9％、57.
