当今社会经济高速发展,社会企业中普遍稀缺拥有高等技术的员工,因而,对培养具备高等技术的人才就显得至关重要,其中,数控机床故障诊断与维修技术面临着高等技术人才稀缺的局面。数控机床故障诊断诊断与维修技术一直以来都是我国机械技术教育类中的一门关键性课程,对本专业的最终教育目标是要求学生充分具备数控机床故障诊断与维修的相关专业知识以及实际操作技术,重点培养他们在未来成为这一方面的高等技术人才。但在实际教育当中总是面对着一些复杂的问题,例如,数控机床涉及的电子、机械、液压以及计算机操控等多个技术领域,面对故障时,分析起原来相对复杂,这就加剧了学生理解与操作的难度。因而,打破原有的教育模式,着重改革一种新的教育模式,在解决当前形势上具有重大现实意义。
