目的：探讨集束化护理措施在神经外科术后患者气管拔管后应用与效果。方法将我院神经外科重症监护室收治的术后气管插管患者120人纳入研究，对2015年1———6月60例患者采用常规护理方法；对2015年6－12月60例患者作为观察组，对比结果。结果观察组气管拔管后并发症发生情况低于对照组，观察组气管插管拔管后再次插管的发生率小于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论集束化护理能减少气管插管的并发症的发生，提高气管插管拔管的成功率。“,”Objective To investigate the application and ef ect of implantation of respiratory tract bundle in brain surgery patients with tracheal intubation.Methods the 120 postoperative patients in Department of Neurosurgery intensive care unit(NICU)were recruited in the study,on June 1 -2015 60 cases were treated by routine nursing methods;For 2015 60 patients as ob-servation group 6-12 months,comparing the results.Results the r complications of observation group(including systemic stress reaction and local throat complications)was lower than that of control group,and the incidence of observation group in intubation again after drawing tracheal intubation is less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion nursing care can reduce the in-cidence of complications,improve the success rate of trachealintubation in patients after operation.
