只要有教育和教学的存在,就会有学习障碍学生的出现。化学是研究物质的组成、结构、性质及应用的一门自然科学。在实行素质教育的今天,关注学困生、研究学困生、转化学困生尤为重要。本人结合教学实践,谈谈高中化学学困生的转化对策。主要为:实验演示和学习习惯为重点,活化学习过程;坚持分层教学,帮助学困生体验成功,增强他们的学习自信心;重视学习细节,逐步提高学生运用化学知识的能力;正确定位学习期待值,增加情感投入,优化师生关系。
