目的了解衡水市放射诊疗工作场所放射性本底水平,为我市医疗卫生机构建设放射诊疗工作场所时提供基础数据。方法利用氟化锂(LiF)个人剂量计布放于放射诊疗工作场所周围无辐射的房间测量累积剂量,使用Inspector便携式电离室巡测仪对放射诊疗工作场所周围采取室内、室外相结合的方式布置监测点。结果我市辐射剂量率本底水平为室外120.3 nGy/h,室内140.3 nGy/h。结论所得结果高于全国室内外天然γ辐射剂量率的水平,可作为衡水市放射诊疗工作场所建设项目职业病危害评价的基础数据。
Objective To understand the radioactive background of radiation clinic in Hengshui City and provide the basic data for the construction of radiation clinic in our city medical and health institutions. Methods LiF personal dosimeter was used to measure the cumulative dose in a radiation-free room surrounding the radiotherapy clinic. Inspector portable ionization chamber tourimeter was used to arrange indoor and outdoor radiotherapy and treatment workplaces Monitoring points. Results The radiation dose rate in our city was 120.3 nGy / h outdoor and 140.3 nGy / h indoor. Conclusion The results obtained are higher than those of natural gamma radiation dose rate indoors and outside the country and can be used as the basic data for occupational hazards assessment of the construction project of radiation clinic in Hengshui City.
