前言 下体负压(LBNP)是一种常用的评价立位耐力的方法。然而尚未对腿部和腹盆腔(AP)血管系统的作用进行过评价。我们观察腿和腹盆腔血管系统在分离和不分离状态下心血管系统对LBNP的反应。方法 头晚休息和标准化水合作用后,15名正常健康志愿者(8名男性)在下列三种情况中穿着医学抗休克裤(MAST)经受阶梯式的(5 min一阶,每阶增加-10mmHg)LBNP,直到-60mmHg。着医学抗休克裤的三种情况分别为:①非充气状态;②腿充气;③腿和腹盆腔充气。进行生理学多普勒超声心动图检查。结果
Introduction Lower body negative pressure (LBNP) is a commonly used method of assessing standing stamina. However, the effects of leg and pelvic (AP) vascular systems have not been evaluated. We observed the response of the cardiovascular system to LBNP in the isolated and non-isolated legs and pelvic vasculature. Methods Fifteen normal healthy volunteers (eight men) underwent medical step-by-step (5-min first-order, stepwise increase- 10 mmHg) LBNP up to -60 mmHg.
