植物体内水分运输是各器官密切联系和各种生理代谢有序进行的根本保障。对水分含量高低和运输路径进行可视化,在无损条件下对植物体内水分运输结构进行成像分析,是多学科多技术交叉研究的热点。目前对谷物籽粒中水分排出的机制和路径研究非常欠缺,有关小麦(Triticum aestivum)穗部各组织的维管束结构和走向,尤其是颖果和穗部维管束的联络关系等尚存疑问。本文综述了植物体内水分运输路径可视化研究策略和技术的进展,并结合多年研究基础预测了小麦颖果中水分排出的方式,对研究中存在的问题进行了展望。
Plant water transport is closely linked to various organs and a variety of physiological metabolism in an orderly manner to protect. Visualization of moisture content and transport path, and image analysis of water transport structure in plants under non-destructive conditions are the hot topics of multidisciplinary and multi-technology cross-cutting research. At present, there is a lack of research on the mechanisms and pathways of water exudation in grain kernels. There are still some questions about the structure and orientation of vascular bundles in the tissues of the ear of Triticum aestivum, especially the connection between the cv. In this paper, the research progress and development of visualization methods of water transport pathways in plants were summarized. Based on years of research, the ways of water excretion in wheat caryopsis were predicted, and the existing problems in the research were prospected.
