应用酒精沉析和超速离心等方法从正常成年大鼠肝中提取肝抑素粗制品。离体实验检测提取物对再生肝肝细胞、人肝癌细胞、胃癌细胞的生物效应，结果是：①肝抑素提取物对再生肝肝细胞增殖具有很强抑制作用。随剂量的增加，细胞增殖抑制率增大，其最大抑制率为７１．４％。②对肝癌细胞同样具有抑制作用，其最大抑制率为４３％；对人胃癌细胞无抑制作用。表明提取物中含有肝抑素，它对培养再生肝肝细胞、人肝癌细胞的增殖具有抑制作用，并对肝癌细胞具有特异性。
Application of alcohol precipitation and ultracentrifugation and other methods from the liver of normal rats extract of crude hepatic products. The biological effects of extracts on regenerative liver cells, human hepatoma cells and gastric cancer cells were detected in vitro. The results showed that: (1) The inhibitory effect of the extract of hepatic extracts on the proliferation of regenerative liver cells was very strong. With the increase of dose, the cell proliferation inhibition rate increased, the maximum inhibition rate was 71.4%. ② The same inhibitory effect on liver cancer cells, the maximum inhibition rate of 43%; no inhibition of human gastric cancer cells. The results showed that the extract contains the content of ganostatin, which has inhibitory effects on the proliferation of regenerated hepatocytes and human hepatoma cells, and is specific for hepatoma cells.
