传媒与司法的紧张关系由来已久。如何保障现代媒体在满足大众知情权诉求、发挥社会监督作用的同时,又不伤及司法的独立与公正,这是当今信息化法治社会面临的一个重要课题。本期特邀的三位专家从不同的角度谈了司法独立与媒体监督的关系,谈得相当有新意,希望有更多的媒体从业人员和司法人员关心这样的话题。
The tensions between the media and the judiciary have been around for a long time. How to ensure that the modern media can satisfy the demands of the public’s right to know and give play to the role of social supervision, without jeopardizing the independence and impartiality of the judiciary, is an important issue for the information-based society ruled by law today. The three special invited experts talked about the relationship between the independence of the judiciary and the media supervision from a different perspective. They talked quite innovatively and hoped that more media practitioners and judicial personnel would care about such topics.
