由于电气火花产生的脉动电磁场严重干扰了矿井设备的正常工作,容易引燃瓦斯爆炸,因此为了提取电火花电磁信号的有效特征,提出了基于小波分析原理,提取电火花信号波形的方法。首先设计了电气火花监测系统,实现了对电火花信号的采集;然后在LabVIEW平台下,通过MatLab混合编程,基于小波理论选取了适合火花信号的小波基函数,提取了电气火花电磁信号波形,并从频谱图中分析了电火花电磁波幅频特性,分析结果将对电气火花的探测具有重要意义。
Because pulsating electromagnetic field produced by electric spark seriously interferes with the normal operation of mine equipment and easily ignites gas explosion, in order to extract the effective characteristics of electric spark electromagnetic signal, a method of extracting spark signal waveform based on wavelet analysis principle is proposed. Firstly, the electrical spark monitoring system is designed to realize the collection of EDM signal. Then, based on the LabVIEW platform, the hybrid wavelet programming is used to select the wavelet basis function suitable for spark signal based on the wavelet theory, and the waveform of electrical spark electromagnetic signal is extracted. The amplitude-frequency characteristic of EDM is analyzed from the spectrogram, and the result of the analysis will be of great significance for the detection of electrical sparks.
