霸王鞭运动是我国民族民间体育中开展最为普遍的项目之一,一直以来以表演项目的“身份”在全国民族运动会上亮相,深受观众好评。本研究运用文献资料法、田野调查法以及逻辑分析法,对霸王鞭的特点和其走向竞技体育的可能性进行初步探析,结果表明,霸王鞭具有广泛的分布区域与群众基础;富含显著的竞技性;并且集健身价值、教育价值、经济价值于一身。同时提出霸王鞭走向竞技体育的对策:加大霸王鞭组织的建设;加强自身套路和竞赛规则的规范;进入学校巩固其后备力量。 Overlord Whip is one of the most common projects carried out in folk sports in our country. It has always appeared in the National Games with the “Identity ” of performing projects, and was well received by the audience. In this study, we use literature method, field investigation method and logical analysis method to analyze the characteristics of Ba WangWang and its possibility of going to competitive sports. The results show that BaWangWang has extensive distribution area and mass base, ; And set fitness value, educational value, economic value in one. At the same time, it is proposed that the strategy of promoting the bullwhip to competitive sports: to increase the construction of the bully whip; to strengthen the norms of its routines and competition rules; and to enter schools to consolidate its reserve forces.
