目的探讨热休克蛋白47(HSP47)在心房颤动(简称房颤)患者心房结构重构中所起的作用。方法 60例行心脏手术的患者分为窦性心律组、阵发性房颤组、持续性房颤组,各组20例,于手术中获取右心耳心房组织,采用实时荧光定量方法检测HSP47的mRNA表达;同时采用超声心动图测量心房内径,并研究其相关性。结果与窦性心律组比较,阵发性房颤组及持续性房颤组中HSP47mRNA水平明显增加(P<0.05),且持续性房颤组较阵发性房颤组增加更明显(P<0.05)。房颤患者HSP47mRNA水平与左房内径呈显著正相关(r=0.780,P<0.01)。结论房颤患者心房组织中HSP47基因表达显著增加,并与房颤的严重程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the role of heat shock protein 47 (HSP47) in atrial structural remodeling in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods Sixty patients undergoing cardiac surgery were divided into sinus rhythm group, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and persistent atrial fibrillation group, with 20 cases in each group. Right atrial appendage was obtained during operation, and HSP47 mRNA expression; meanwhile, the atrial diameter was measured by echocardiography and the correlation was studied. Results Compared with sinus rhythm group, the levels of HSP47 mRNA in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and persistent atrial fibrillation group increased significantly (P <0.05), and the persistent atrial fibrillation group increased more significantly than the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group (P < 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the HSP47 mRNA level and the left atrial diameter in patients with atrial fibrillation (r = 0.780, P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of HSP47 in atrial fibrillation patients with atrial fibrillation is significantly increased, which is closely related to the severity of atrial fibrillation.
