离子阱检测器的原理不同于四极杆和磁质谱仪。采用INCOTM库检索和概率匹配(PBM)算法,把五百余种环境中常见有机化合物的离子阱质谱与国际上通用的NBS质谱库及Wiley质谱库中质谱数据相比,其结果是绝大部分化合物的离子阱质谱与经典质谱非常相似,极少数化合物的质谱二者之间存在某些差异,文中分析了可能导致差异的原因。
The principle of ion trap detectors is different from quadrupoles and magnetic mass spectrometers. Using the INCOTM library search and probability matching (PBM) algorithm, comparing the ion trap mass spectra of common organic compounds in more than 500 kinds of environments with the mass spectrometry data in the international NBS mass spectrometry library and the Wiley mass spectrometry database, the result is that most The ion trap mass spectra of the compounds are very similar to those of the classical mass spectra. Some differences exist between the mass spectra of the very few compounds. The possible causes of the differences are analyzed.
