早在两千多年前,孔子就提出了因材施教的教学原则,他认识到学生在个性与才能上存在差异,主张根据学生的个性与特长有针对性的进行教育。在深化教育改革,全面实施素质教育的今天,谁先参与探索与改革,谁就抢得21世纪自我发展和学校发展的主动权。教学是实现教育目标的具体的、主要的途径,课堂教学是教学活动的核心,是实施素质教育的主要渠道。
As early as two thousand years ago, Confucius put forward the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes.
