目的:收集并建立唇裂及唇裂修复手术三维可视化模型数据库,衍生相应的唇裂患儿模型,对模型进行虚拟修复操作,实现部分唇裂手术仿真。方法:利用三维动画软件(3D St udi o MAX或3dsmax)建立相应的唇裂患儿模型,在模型的基础上建立唇裂的各种分类以实现唇裂修复过程中的的定点、划线、切开和缝合操作。结果:采用3dsmax软件仿真了唇裂修复的整个过程。结论:虚拟唇裂修复操作表明本文研究方法的可行性,为颌面外科手术提供了一种有效的三维仿真可视化平台。
OBJECTIVE: To collect and establish a three-dimensional visualization model database for cleft lip and cleft lip repair surgery, derive the corresponding model of cleft lip children and perform virtual repair operation on the model to achieve partial lip cleft surgery simulation. Methods: The corresponding model of cleft lip was established by 3D software (3D Std MAX MAX or 3dsmax). Based on the model, various types of lip cleft were established to achieve the fixed point, scribe, incision and Stitching operation. Results: The 3dsmax software was used to simulate the entire process of cleft lip repair. Conclusion: The virtual cleft lip repair operation shows the feasibility of this study and provides an effective 3D visualization platform for maxillofacial surgery.
