河北省统配煤矿的平均吨煤电耗为34.59度,合人民币2.94元,占原煤成本的15.6％。综合单耗已经高达52.25度。全年总用电量为19亿度,合人民币一亿六千万元。而且随着生产的发展,矿井逐年向深部延伸,通风、排水量不断加大,运输距离和输电线路不断加长,机械化程度不断提高等,电力消耗几乎是直线上升。1981年开始抓节电工作后,电力消耗上升的幅度有所缓和(图1)。但是吨煤成本中的电耗比重,今后仍是上升的趋势。
The average coal consumption per tonne of Hebei Tongdui Mine is 34.59 degrees, equivalent to 2.94 yuan, accounting for 15.6% of the cost of raw coal. Consumption has been as high as 52.25 degrees. The total electricity consumption for the year was 1.9 billion degrees, together with 160 million yuan. Moreover, with the development of production, the power consumption has risen almost linearly as the mine extends to the deep areas year by year, the ventilation and displacement are continuously increasing, the transportation distance and transmission lines are lengthened, and the degree of mechanization is constantly increasing. Electricity consumption began to ease in 1981 (Figure 1). However, the share of electricity consumption per tonne of coal costs is still rising in the future.
