为了研究玄武岩纤维片材在紫外线照射下的耐久性能,对两种不同树脂浸渍的玄武岩纤维布共计70个试件在有、无防护的紫外线照射条件下进行老化试验。经过6464h的初步检测结果表明:无防护条件下,BFRP1拉伸强度下降了11.03%,伸长率下降了14.75%,弹性模量下降了5.23%;而BFRP2拉伸强度下降了2.02%,伸长率下降了13.73%,弹性模量提高了0.34%;有防护条件下,BFRP1拉伸强度下降了8.01%,伸长率下降了16.57%,弹性模量下降了1.38%;BFRP2的拉伸强度下降了1.51%,伸长率下降了9.59%,弹性模量下降了5.60%。因此,紫外线照射下玄武岩纤维布有较好的耐久性,防护对玄武岩纤维的性能有一定的保护作用。
In order to study the durability of basalt fiber sheets under UV irradiation, a total of 70 specimens of two kinds of basalt fiber fabrics impregnated with different resins were subjected to the aging test with or without UV protection. After 6464h preliminary test results show that: under non-protective conditions, BFRP1 tensile strength decreased by 11.03%, elongation decreased by 14.75%, modulus of elasticity decreased by 5.23%; while BFRP2 tensile strength decreased by 2.02%, elongation The tensile strength of BFRP1 decreased by 8.01%, the elongation decreased by 16.57% and the elastic modulus decreased by 1.38%. The tensile strength of BFRP2 decreased 1.51%, elongation decreased by 9.59%, modulus of elasticity decreased by 5.60%. Therefore, the basalt fiber cloth under UV irradiation has better durability, protection of the basalt fiber performance has a certain protective effect.
