目的观察黄精赞育胶囊优选方作用前后精子的超微结构变化。方法运用原子力显微镜(AFM)技术对比观察正常精子和病理性精子在黄精赞育胶囊优选方作用前后超微结构的动态变化。结果获得精子头体、颈部和鞭毛等部位的实时超微结构图像,发现药物干预后活动力低精子超微结构的缺陷有逐步被修复的现象。结论黄精赞育胶囊通过修复活动力低精子超微结构的病理形态学缺陷可能是优选方改善弱精子质量的机制之一。
Objective To observe the changes of sperm ultrastructure before and after the optimal prescription of Huang Jing Zan Yu Capsule. Methods The atomic force microscope (AFM) technique was used to observe the dynamic changes of ultrastructure of normal spermatozoa and pathological sperm before and after the action of Huang Jing Zan Yu Capsule. Results Real-time ultrastructure images of the sperm head, neck, and flagella were obtained. It was found that defects in the ultrastructure of the spermatozoa with reduced motility after drug intervention were gradually repaired. Conclusion Huangjing Zanyu Capsules may be one of the mechanisms for improving the quality of weak spermatozoa by repairing the pathological defects of the ultrastructure of sperm with low activity.
