我院是一所规模较大的县级中医院,现有正式职工210人,编制病床240张。目前煎药房制剂人员6人,室内整齐、清洁明亮、并装有通风、排气设施。我们在抓好医院全面医疗质量管理的同时,把抓好煎药房各项工作作为提高医疗质量的一项重要措施来抓。煎药的方法是否恰当、汤剂质量的优劣、对临床疗效有很大的关系。服用汤剂是临床最常用的剂型。历代医家对汤剂的煎法都很重视。清代医家徐灵胎《医学源流》说:“煎药之法,最宜深讲,药之效不效,全在乎此。”为保证汤剂质量,我院自1982年开始聘请本院退休主管药师为煎药房技术指导,以带好煎药房的一班人。凡新调入煎药房的人员医院 Our college is a large-scale county-level Chinese medicine hospital.
