为了减少糖尿病患者人工晶体植入术并发症发生，本文对１９例２３眼行白内障囊外摘除（ＥＣＣＥ）联合后房型人工晶体植入术（ＩＯＬ）的糖尿病患者进行总结。结果显示术中并发症主要是轻度角膜水肿、虹膜色素播散及前房出血。术后并发症主要为角膜水肿、房水混浊、纤维素性渗出、虹膜脱色、瞳孔不贺及对光反就迟钝、后囊混浊及糖尿病性视网膜病变。提出减少术中对虹膜骚扰，局部及时使用皮质类固醇激素控制纤维素性渗出，密切观察眼底改变并及时予以治疗，对于避免或减少手术并发症非常重要。
In order to reduce the incidence of complications caused by intraocular lens implantation in diabetic patients, 19 patients with diabetes who underwent ECCE combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (IOL) were reviewed. The results showed that intraoperative complications were mainly mild corneal edema, iris disseminated and anterior chamber bleeding. Postoperative complications mainly include corneal edema, aqueous humor, fibrinous exudation, iris bleaching, pupil congratulation and retarding light, posterior capsular opacification and diabetic retinopathy. It is very important to reduce the intraoperative iris disturbance, locally and timely use of corticosteroids to control the cellulose exudation, closely observe the fundus changes and promptly treat it, so as to avoid or reduce the complications of surgery.
