对四种甜樱桃果实贮藏期生理变化和商品果率进行了比较研究,结果表明:那翁、大紫两品种品质劣变速度较慢,与红艳、红灯两品种存在显著差异。贮后商品果率以大紫品种最高。
The physiological changes and the fruit rate of four sweet cherry fruits during storage were compared. The results showed that the quality of Na Weng and Da Zi two varieties was slower to deteriorate, and there were significant differences between the two varieties. Post-storage commodity fruit rate to the highest purple varieties.
