通过聚丙烯膜进行非均相氯磺化反应,对其产物进一步水解和离子交换,得到具有不同反离子的聚丙烯磺酸盐膜。应用渗透蒸发法进行乙醇/水混合物的分离。研究了反离子的种类、膜离子交换容量、混合液的组成、膜厚度和实验温度等对该分离膜的分离特性(即分离系数和通量)的影响。并用X射线衍射法和扫描电子显微镜研究了膜结构和形态。
Heterogeneous chlorosulfonation reaction of the polypropylene film followed by further hydrolysis and ion exchange of the product gave polypropylene sulfonate membranes with different counterions. Pervaporation was used to separate the ethanol / water mixture. The effects of the type of counterion, the membrane ion exchange capacity, the composition of the mixed solution, the membrane thickness and the experimental temperature on the separation characteristics (ie, the separation coefficient and the flux) of the separation membrane were investigated. The structure and morphology of the membrane were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.
