为配合CECS 290∶2011《波浪腹板钢结构应用技术规程》的颁布施行,结合波浪腹板钢结构的最新研究进展,介绍规程的主要设计条文及其产生背景。鉴于波浪腹板构件具有较为独特的受力机理,对其设计计算的相关条款进行阐释,主要涉及其强度、刚度、稳定性及连接节点等方面的设计计算理论,具体包括构件的强度计算、局部承压验算、支承加劲肋验算、腹板抗剪稳定性验算、构件的整体稳定性验算、变形计算简化模型、构件与结构变形计算简化方法、端板式节点中螺栓内力与端板厚度计算模型等,以及CECS 290∶2011中给出的适用于波浪腹板门式刚架的多种节点构造形式。另外,讨论波浪腹板钢结构在制作与安装中的关键技术问题,包括波浪腹板钢构件的轧制和焊接要求、制作和安装误差控制以及除锈与涂装防腐的相关标准等,并对波浪腹板钢构件自动化生产线及波浪钢板剪力墙的一些最新研究进展进行介绍。
In line with the promulgation and implementation of CECS 290: 2011 “Technical Regulations for the Application of Wavy Web Steel Structures”, the main design provisions of the Rules and their background are introduced based on the latest research progress of the webs of corrugated webs.
