经济学家们说:企业家是企业最稀有、最昂贵的基本资源,他们的最大作用在于使资源转化为生产力。这多少有些抽象。其实,企业家更像是统领兵马、驰骋沙场的将军。兵家作战不能没有士卒。经济战争中企业家也不可能孤军奋战。那么,企业家应该怎样统领部下呢?敏于观察集团的气氛常常有这些情况:公司规定的上班时间是上午8点,可是在8点准时到的人只有一、二成,全部到齐总是要到8点20分左右。还有一些企业,领导说:“这个月的目标是十”,员工就会说“那个领导呀,嘴上说要做十,其实意思是做到七就行了。”在这种场所工作的人,对任何事物也就有了打折的习惯。然而,对这种集团心理全然不知的企业家恐怕不在少数。造成这种不良工作场所惯例的原因主要有两个方面:一是部下对上司或公司有共同的不满;二是部下已对上司的作风产生了抗拒心理。这就要求企业家们要从上司的角度来检讨,并且站在部下的立场来考虑问题,认真研究其形成原因并加以及时消除。由此可见,敏于观察集团的心态动向,这是企业家必备的基本能力之一。

This shows that it is sensitive to the observation of the Group’s mentality and trends. This is one of the essential basic capabilities of entrepreneurs.
