利用17种档案学期刊数据,结合DEA方法,对科技期刊知识交流效率进行评价分析。在此基础上利用Tobit回归模型检验了科技期刊传播规模、传播时间、期刊网络化传播、期刊区域传播能力和期刊国际化传播能力等因素对科技期刊知识交流效率的影响。结果表明:档案学期刊知识交流效率整体较高,但存在明显的期刊差异。期刊传播时间、期刊区域化传播能力和期刊国际化传播能力对期刊知识交流效率有显著的影响,但期刊规模和期刊网络化传播对其影响并不显著。
Using 17 kinds of archival journals data, combined with DEA method, the efficiency of knowledge exchange of sci-tech periodicals is evaluated and analyzed. On the basis of this, Tobit regression model was used to test the impact of factors such as the scale of sci-tech periodical dissemination, the time of dissemination, the periodical network dissemination, the regional dissemination ability of periodicals and the international dissemination ability of periodicals to the knowledge exchange efficiency of sci-tech periodicals. The results show that the efficiency of knowledge exchange in archival journals is high, but there are obvious differences between journals. Periodical transmission time, periodical regional communication ability and periodical international communication ability have a significant impact on periodical knowledge exchange efficiency, but the influence of journals size and journal network communication is not significant.
