冷战结束后,世界军费急剧减少。在军费投入减少的条件下,外军非常强调向管理要效益,要保障力。在宏观管理上,外军十分注重依据现代管理理论和方法,保证军费宏观管理决策科学合理,加大后勤管理体制改革力度,强化后勤宏观管理能力,建立高效运行的后勤管理机制,实现后勤管理效益最大化。纵观外军后勤宏观管理的理论与实践,我们可以得出以下启示:军队后勤必须强化军费宏观管理;强化集中统一管理;强化后勤效益管理;强化后勤信息管理;实现宏观管理科学化。
After the Cold War, the world’s military expenditures have dropped dramatically. With the reduction of military spending, the foreign military places great emphasis on effective management and protection. In terms of macroeconomic management, the foreign military attaches great importance to ensuring scientific and reasonable macroeconomic management and decision-making based on modern management theories and methods, strengthening the reform of the logistics management system, strengthening the logistics management capability, establishing an efficient logistical management mechanism and realizing logistic management benefits maximize.
