1、在岗学习。提高高校图书馆素质的有效方式是鼓励其在岗学习,即图书馆员要积极参加电大、职大、函大、夜大学习,有针对性、目的性地补充和更新自己的知识,使自己的知识结构更加充实和优化。这是在成人教育中比较正规的学历教育,是一种长期培训形式,属于半脱产性质,多年来以其有学历、兼顾工作、较系统的专业学习等特点而深受在职人员的欢迎。我馆17个工作人员中,有6个人通过武大图书情报学院的函授学习,达到了专业本科水平,有10个人通过函大、电大学习,达到了专科水平,还有4个人拿到了双学历,这对我校图书馆工作起到了积极的推动作用。 2、在职培训。在职培训主要是以培训班的形式进行,培训班一般属于补缺性质。它的特点是针对性强、时间短、收效快,便于在职人员及时地更新知识和学习新技术、新方法。在现有条件下,在职培训是解决高校馆人才缺乏的主要手段。例如我馆针对更换《中图法》,举办《中图法》第四版使用学习培训班;针对图书馆实现自动化管理,举办计算机技术培训班等。另我馆还积极选送专业人员参加山东省图书馆、潍坊市图书馆举办的各种短期培训班,这些都收到了很好的效果。

Among the 17 staffs in our library, 6 of them passed the correspondence study of Wu Da Library and Information College and reached the level of professional undergraduate. Ten of them passed the letter and study at RTVU and reached the level of specialties. Four of them also obtained double qualifications, This has played a positive role in promoting the work of our library. 2, on-the-job training. On-the-job training is mainly conducted in the form of training courses, which are generally of a filling nature. It is characterized by targeted, short time, quick, easy for staff to update knowledge and learn new technologies and methods in a timely manner. Under the existing conditions, on-the-job training is the main means to solve the shortage of talents in university and university libraries. For example, our library aims to replace “China Library Classification Law” and hold the fourth edition of “Chinese Library Classification Law” to use learning and training courses; implement automated management for libraries and hold computer technology training courses. The other museum also actively sent professionals to participate in Shandong Provincial Library, Weifang City Library held a variety of short-term training courses, which have received good results.
