目的掌握温州七里港口岸在综合防治后医学媒介生物的种群分布和活动规律,为医学媒介生物防控提供依据。方法 2014年,采用鼠夹法调查鼠类,采用CO2诱蚊器调查蚊类,采用诱蝇笼法调查蝇类。结果在温州口岸共捕获医学媒介生物4 548只,经分类鉴定鼠类2科2属2种,蚊类2科3属5种,蝇类4科12属15种。因开展口岸综合防治,各类医学媒介生物种群数量降低。结论为开展口岸医学媒介防治提供了基础数据。
Objective To grasp the population distribution and activity patterns of medical vector organisms after comprehensive prevention and treatment in Qiligang Port of Wenzhou, and to provide basis for the prevention and control of medical vectors. Methods In 2014, the rats were investigated by the mouse-clamp method and the mosquitoes were surveyed by the CO2-trapping mosquito. The flies were also investigated by the fly-trap cage method. Results A total of 4 548 medical vector organisms were captured in Wenzhou port. Two species of 2 genera and 2 genera were identified in the Wenzhou port. Five species of mosquitoes, 3 genera, 2 families and 15 species of 12 genera, 4 families were identified. Due to the comprehensive prevention and control of ports, the number of various types of medical vector organisms is reduced. Conclusion provides the basic data for port medical media prevention and control.
