应用玻璃钢制造沼气池具有很多优点,利用太阳能作为热源,解决了北方沼气池冬季产气少的问题。对太阳能玻璃钢沼气罐结构进行了设计,建立了力学模型,进行了力学分析,采用薄壳理论初步计算了玻璃钢沼气罐的壁厚,并运用有限元技术对壁厚进行了优化设计,降低了制造沼气罐材料的使用量,提高了安全系数;建立了太阳能加热系统的传热模型,计算出加热的效果。
