实验对天葵植物中的有效部位氰苷类成分进行了分析(检测)及含量测定。通过UV法测定氰苷类的成分和含量,用HPLC(高效液相色谱法)分析其主要成分。结果表明测得的天葵样品中氰苷类含量为6.70%,并对氰苷类成分在HPLC谱图上进行归属。首次对天葵有效部位中氰苷类成分进行含量测定及HPLC谱图归属,该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好。
Experiments on the sunflower plants in the effective part of cyanogenic glycosides were analyzed (detection) and content determination. The composition and content of cyanidosides were determined by UV method, and the main components were analyzed by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). The results showed that the measured content of cyanidin in sunflower samples was 6.70%, and the components of cyanogenic glycosides were assigned on the HPLC chromatogram. For the first time, the content of cyanogen glycosides in the effective parts of Celastrus angulata and the HPLC spectra were determined. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
