现已知道促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、β-促脂素(β-LPH)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、α-和β-促黑素(α-MSH β-MSH)等多肽均来自同一个称之POMC(Pro-opiomela-nocortin)的大分子前体,构成一个ACTH/LPH多肽家族。近年来,由于垂体免疫细胞化学技术的应用和对POMC肽的组装(Processes)及其生理、药理调节机理的认识进展,使我们对增生型皮质醇增多症(库兴氏病)的病因、病理生理和治疗等有一些新的认识,本文对这些方面的进展作一综述。
