本试验由1984年9月至1986年5月底,在西北农业大学蔬菜试验站进行。通过定株观察、定期取祥、徒手切片追踪镜检观察及定期测定生长量,初步探明了草莓在关中地区自然温度下,花芽分化的时期、形态、每分化期所需旬均温、第1,2花序顶花分化所需的积温和天数;物候期与温度的关系;生育动态以及营养生长与生殖生长之间的关系。为正确制定草莓栽培技术提供了依据。
The test from September 1984 to the end of May 1986, at the Northwest Agricultural University Vegetable Experimental Station. Through the fixed observation, regular extraction, free-hand-tracking and microscopic observation, and regular measurement of growth, the preliminary identification of the strawberry in the Guanzhong area natural temperature, flower bud differentiation period, morphology, 1,2 Inflorescence apical differentiation and temperature required for the number of days; phenophase and temperature relationship; reproductive dynamics and vegetative growth and reproductive growth. This provided the basis for the correct formulation of strawberry cultivation techniques.
