研究了2-溴甲基萘 (2-BRMN) 的荧光及磷光性质.2-溴甲基萘是一种优良的荧光试剂,λEX /λEM =274/334 NM ,其浓度在1.0*10- 6 ~1.2*10- 4 M OL?L- 1范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.999, 最低检测限为4.7*10- 8 M OL?L- 1.以β-环糊精(β-CD)作保护剂和1,2-二溴丙烷(DBP) 为重原子微扰剂的2-BRMN/β-CD/DBP体系能产生具有分析意义CD-RTP信号, λEX /λEM = 271/493,521 NM ,2-BRMN浓度参1.0*10- 5~1.2*10- 4 M OL?L- 1 范围内与室温磷光 (RTP) 强度呈良好线性关系, 相关系数R =0.997, 最低检测限为2.7*10- 6 M OL?L- 1 .研究结果显示该试剂可望作为发光衍生试剂进一步研究开发“,”The properties of fluorescence and room temperature phosphorescense (RTP) of 2 Bromomethyl naphthalene (2 BrMN)were studied.The results show that the wavelength for maximum fluorescence of 2 BrMN is λ ex /λ em =274/334 nm .The fluorescence intersity is proportional to the concentration of 2BrMN in the range of 1 0*10 -6 -1 2*10 -4 mol·L -1 ,and the detection limit is 4 7*10 -8 mol·L -1 .The RTP signal of 2 BrMN was induced by β cyclodextrin (β CD ) in the presence of dibromopropane (DBP) acting as a heavy atom perturbation.The RTP intensity is linear for 2 BrMN /β CD/DBP systems of 2 BrMN concentration in the range of 1 0*10 -5 -1 2*10 -4 mol·L -1 (λ ex /λ em =271/493,521 nm ),and the detection limit is 2 7*10 -6 mol·L -1 .
