受成都无缝钢管厂委托,由中科院光电技术所研制成功的热轧无缝钢管外径在线测量仪,于不久前交付用户验收使用。由于轨钢车间现场环境十分恶劣,处于高温、高湿、振动、噪声以及光电干扰的严重影响。为此采取了一系列有效的技术措施,如成功地采用4片CCD电荷耦合器件实现x-y双座标动态管径的测量和与轧机闭环自动控制等。该仪器可测热轧钢管直径φ102~φ300mm,具有双路模拟信号输出功能;测量精度为±0.1mm(均方根差);并可实时给出钢管的椭圆
Commissioned by the Chengdu Seamless Steel Tube Plant, the Institute of Optoelectronics Technology by the Chinese Academy of Sciences successfully developed hot-rolled seamless steel pipe diameter measuring instrument, not long ago delivered to the user acceptance. Due to the harsh environment of rail steel workshop, it is seriously affected by high temperature, high humidity, vibration, noise and photoelectric interference. To this end, a series of effective technical measures have been adopted, such as the successful measurement of x-y double-coordinates dynamic diameter and the close-loop automatic control of rolling mill by adopting 4 CCD charge-coupled devices.
