对H13钢进行激光硬化与离子多元共渗复合处理,并对其渗层组织、显微硬度及摩擦磨损性能进行分析,对复合强化机理进行探究。结果表明:H13钢激光硬化与离子多元共渗复合处理后的试样硬度和耐磨性都优于单一离子多元共渗处理。
H13 steel was laser hardened and ionized multiple infiltration composite treatment, and its infiltration layer microstructure, microhardness and friction and wear properties were analyzed to explore the mechanism of composite strengthening. The results show that the hardness and wear resistance of H13 steel after laser hardening and ion multivariate permeation are better than that of single ion multivariate.
