中国南车集团株洲车辆厂是所属中国南车集团机车车辆工业公司的铁路货车研发、制造龙头企业。企业完成主辅分离、辅业改制后,现有员工2800余人。近年来,为落实党的“依靠”方针,适应企业的快速发展,从根本上维护员工权益,我们围绕企业与员工对人才和成才的发展需求,与行政密切协作,整合资源,互补长短,探索出了一条适应企业发展需求的新型培训模式,加快了企业人才队伍的培养与储备,有力提升了企业的核心竞争力,为企业持续发展提供了强劲动力。
