采用自拟行政管理干部调查表和艾森克人格问卷 ,对 546名行政管理干部进行研究 ,结果表明 :行政管理干部客观心理不平衡与年龄、住房、信仰和健康因素呈负相关 ,主观心理不平衡与婚姻状况和文化程度呈负相关 ,行政管理干部人格E维度与客观和主观心理不平衡呈显著负相关 ,人格 N维度和 P维度与主观心理不平衡存在高度正相关
The self-made questionnaire of administrative management cadres and Eysenck personality questionnaire were used to study 546 administrative cadres. The results showed that the objective psychological imbalance of administrative cadres was negatively related to age, housing, beliefs and health, and subjective psychology The balance is negatively correlated with marital status and educational level. There is a significant negative correlation between the E dimension of executive cadre’s personality and the objective and subjective psychological imbalances. The N dimension and P dimension of personality are highly positively correlated with the subjective psychological imbalance
