当今IT业竞争日趋激烈,项目管理受到越来越多的重视。如何与各个项目干系人进行有效的沟通成为各个项目经理进行项目管理的首当难题。如何在项目管理中进行有效沟通,这也是作者在实际工作中一直遇到的问题;无效的沟通或是不顺畅既增加项目成本,也增加了项目风险。为解决项目中存在的沟通问题,本文根据项目管理的方式并从沟通的基本理论入手,对项目管理中的沟通进行了详细描述
With the increasingly fierce competition in the IT industry, project management is receiving more and more attention. How to effectively communicate with various stakeholders has become the first problem for project managers in project management. How to communicate effectively in project management is also an issue that the author has been confronted with in actual work. Invalid communication or not smoothing not only increases the project cost but also increases the project risk. In order to solve the communication problems existing in the project, according to the way of project management and starting with the basic theory of communication, this paper describes the communication in project management in detail
