我厂桥式起重机卷扬限位装置,由于准确度和灵敏度较差及操作司机的疏忽等原因常出现吊钩组上行卡死的现象,至使拉杆卡弯、滑轮撞坏、钢丝绳卡断等,且威胁地面工作人员的人身安全.针对这种情况,我们对卷扬机的起升限位安全装置进行了改进(见图1).改造后的限位安全装置,由限位开关、扇形滑动盘、导杆及螺杆直接联接卷筒轴组成.用螺旋机构将卷筒的旋转运动变成直线运动,卷筒旋转时,扇形滑动盘沿着导杆前后移动,当吊钩组上升到极限位置时,扇形滑动盘触动限位开关,切断电源,达到控制起升高度的目的.如要调整吊钩组的行程,只要调整扇形滑动盘与限位开关的距离即可.在实际调整中,应调到吊钩组起升至距卷筒350毫米之前自动停电.3年来我厂对15台起重机的卷杨限位装置作了改进,大大减少了故障停机率,也减少了备件耗用.改造后的限位安全装置限位准确,安全可靠.
