目的 探究音乐疗法与运动疗法对老年小鼠海马细胞凋亡的影响.方法 昆明种10月龄雄性老年小鼠32只随机分为对照组(A组)、大强度运动组(B组)、中等强度运动组(C组)和音乐组(D组)各8只.A组正常饲养,B组和C组每周进行5次不同强度运动干预,D组每周进行5次音乐干预.实验8 w后,采用Tunnel免疫组化法观察小鼠海马组织凋亡相关蛋白B淋巴细胞瘤(Bcl)-2、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)和海马神经凋亡情况.结果 与A相比较,C组和D组海马神经元Bcl-2表达显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),D组Bax表达显著降低(P<0.05),C组和D组凋亡细胞数显著减少(P<0.05,P<0.01).与B组比较,C组和D组海马神经元Bcl-2表达显著升高(P<0.05),D组Bax表达显著降低(P<0.05),海马凋亡细胞数显著减少(P<0.01).与C组比较,D组海马凋亡细胞数显著减少(P<0.05).结论 音乐疗法和中等强度运动疗法有助于减少老年小鼠海马细胞凋亡,提示音乐疗法和中等强度运动疗法对神经退行性疾病有一定的防治作用,音乐疗法效果更好.“,”Objective To explore the effect of music and exercise therapy on the apoptosis of hippocampal cells in aged mice, so as to shed a new light on the prevention and treatment of common senile diseases. Methods A total of 32 aged mice, 10-month-old, were equally randomized into group A (control group), group B (exercise group), group C (music group) and group D (exercise + music group). Exercise mode was swimming, five times for each week. Eight weeks later, with the method of Tunnel immunohistochemistry, the apoptosis rate and expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in hippocampus neurons of mice were detected. GraphPad Prism 5Demo drawings of software was used to observe hippocampus cellular apoptosis. Results Compared with group A, the expression of Bcl-2 in group B, C and D was increased (P<0.05), the expression of Bax was decreased (P<0.05), the number of apoptotic hippocampal cells were significantly reduced in group C and D (P<0.05). Conclusions Music therapy and exercise therapy could reduce the apoptosis of hippocampal cells, which suggests that music and exercise therapy has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on neurodegenerative diseases.
