目的:探究综合康复护理干预对老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法:以浙江医院2013年6月~2014年7月收治的140例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组(70例)和观察组(70例)。对照组患者采用常规的护理治疗方法,观察组患者在此基础上进行综合康复护理干预。对比分析两组患者生活质量改善情况与患者满意度。结果:观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理干预能够显著的改善老年冠心病患者的生活质量,对于增进患者护患关系,提高患者满意度有着重要的意义。 Objective: To explore the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 140 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Zhejiang Hospital from June 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into control group (70 cases) and observation group (70 cases). Patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions and patients in the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients to improve quality of life and patient satisfaction. Results: The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, which is of great significance for improving patient-patient relationship and patient satisfaction.
