再生障碍性贫血表现为全贫,骨髓造血组织减少,其病因及发病机制仍不明确。一些学者提出了一些学说,主要有造血干细胞(种子)或造血微环境(土壤)缺陷两种学说。免疫与再障的关系早就有人提出。对于氯霉素引致的再障有学者认为可能是一种自家免疫的干细胞损伤。在肝炎后再障已有报告发现对红细胞、白细胞和血小板的自体抗体。再障发病的免疫机制近来日益受到重视。兹就所收集资料作一简述。
Aplastic anemia manifested as all-leftover, decreased bone marrow hematopoietic tissue, the etiology and pathogenesis is still not clear. Some scholars have put forward some theories, mainly two theories of hematopoietic stem cell (seed) or hematopoietic microenvironment (soil) defect. The relationship between immune and aplastic anemia has long been proposed. Some scholars think that chloramphenicol-induced aplastic anemia may be a kind of self-immune stem cell damage. Post-Hepatitis Aplasia There have been reports of autoantibodies to red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. The pathogenesis of aplastic anemia has been paid more and more attention recently. Here is a brief summary of the information collected.
