高桥水电站地处滇东北昭通市昭阳区靖安乡、永善县墨翰乡和茂林乡、大关县高桥乡的交界处,位于金沙江一级支流横江上游的洒渔河段上,距已建成的渔洞水库35km,距昭通市48km,是一座可与渔洞水库联合调度运行的中型骨干水电站。电站总装机容量3×3万kW,多年平均发电量4.56亿kW·h,概算总投资4.5亿元。
