激光散斑照相法是实验力学中应用众多的光学测量技术中的一个分支。由于激光散斑照相技术不需要参考光即可实现物体表面形变的测量,与激光全息术相比具有特别的优点,但传统的激光散斑照相法对离面位移不敏感,一般只局限于对面内位移的测量。本文着重于激光散斑技术的应用领域的拓展和激光散斑照相过程的改进,提出一种改进的激光散斑照相方法,并用于对离面位移的测量,用实验验证了所提方法的可行性,将其与传统激光散斑照相法和激光离焦散斑照相法的结果比较,实验表明这种改进在测量微小离面位移方面是有效的且具有更高的精度和可靠性。
Laser speckle photography is a branch of applied optical measurement technology in experimental mechanics. Because laser speckle photography does not need reference light to measure the deformation of object surface, it has the special advantage compared with laser holography, but traditional laser speckle photography method is not sensitive to out-of-plane displacement and is generally limited to the opposite Internal displacement measurement. This paper focuses on the application of laser speckle technique and the improvement of the laser speckle photography process. An improved laser speckle photography method is proposed and used to measure the displacement of the out-of-plane surface. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by experiments It is compared with the results of conventional laser speckle photography and laser speckle speckle photography. Experiments show that this improvement is effective in measuring the small out-of-plane displacement and has higher accuracy and reliability.
