采用溅射技术在透明的塑性材料聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 (PET)薄膜之上形成一层ITO导电膜 ,并以此替代常用的玻璃衬底制备了黄光柔性衬底有机小分子电致发光器件 ,器件的结构为PET/ITO/Alq3:Rub/Alq3/Al。器件在 14V时亮度为 12 0cd/m2 ,并且器件在弯曲较大角度时仍然能正常使用 ,达到了使用柔性衬底的目的。
