本文对09M2VCuRe钢的等温试样进行了光学显微镜、透射电镜观察。得到粒状贝氏体铁素体具有下列特征:(1)成针片结构;(2)针片边沿比较平直;(3)针片内有较高密度位错;(4)针片同奥氏体母相有K-S取向关系;(5)针片不穿越母相品介;(6)一束平行针片相互取向一致或成孪晶关系;(7)粒状贝氏体铁素沭的发展主要是依靠形成新针,先析出针片,后来没有明显地展宽。因此认为此钢中的粒贝转变不是块状转变,而是有扩散的切变相变,应归于贝氏体转变范畴。
In this paper, 09M2VCuRe steel isothermal specimens were observed by optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The resulting granular bainitic ferrite has the following characteristics: (1) needle structure; (2) flat edge of the needle; (3) higher density dislocations in the needle; and (4) (5) the needle does not cross the master product; (6) a bundle of parallel with each other or needle-twins; (7) the development of granular bainitic ferrite Mainly relying on the formation of new needles, first precipitation needle, and later did not significantly broaden. Therefore, it is believed that the transformation of shellfish in this steel is not a mass transformation but a diffuse shear transformation, which should be attributed to bainite transformation.
