使用坩埚下降法成功生长了尺寸为φ10mm×50mm、四方钨青铜结构、透明铌酸钾锂晶体,讨论了引起晶体开裂的主要原因,研究了该晶体的光透过性能和介电性能,室温下该晶体的介电常数ε_(33)=127,ε_(11)=376,居里温度为380℃.
The size of Φ10mm × 50mm, tetragonal tungsten bronze structure and the transparent potassium potassium niobate crystal were successfully grown by the crucible descent method. The main reasons for the crystal cracking were discussed. The light transmittance and dielectric properties of the crystal were studied. The dielectric constant ε_ (33) = 127, ε_ (11) = 376, the Curie temperature is 380 ℃.
