应用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(PAGE),研究分析了取自浙江舟山朱 家尖养殖区的三疣梭子蟹5种组织中10种同工酶以及肌浆蛋白的表达情况,并进行 生化遗传分析.结果显示,在对40只梭子蟹所检测出的10种同工酶的25个基因座 位中,ADH、ACP-1、CAT-2、EST-2、FDH-2和SOD共6个基因座位为多态,其多态座 位比例(P)为24%,平均杂合度期望值(H)为0.106 6.同时在CAT、LDH、ACP、FDH 4种酶及肌浆蛋白(Pm)中表现出显著的组织特异性.
